As a Service Advisor, your role involves handling customers, generating job cards, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring smooth workflow in the workshop. - Customer Handling - Welcome customers and understand vehicle issues - Explain services, repairs, and costs in a clear manner - Generate estimates and take customer approvals - Maintain customer satisfaction and handle queries - Operational Tasks - Create and manage job cards - Assign jobs to technicians and monitor progress - Ensure timely updates to customers during repair - Perform final inspection before vehicle delivery - Maintain cleanliness and organized workflow in the bay area - Documentation - Prepare repair orders, invoices, service history - Manage warranty claims (if applicable) - Update work status in system/records This position is full-time and suitable for freshers.
