• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information • Ensure usage of vehicle protection materials cover in presence of customer. • Conduct the Walk Around process along with customer and complete the vehicle inventory • Customer verbatim & Campaign details should be update in DMS RO and same has to be handover to customer before leaving from reception. • Provide appropriate Cost / Time estimate to customer which updated in DMS. • Monitor the WIP and keep informed of changes of cost and completion times • Ensure proper vehicle Delivery Preparation of work completion & Vehicle cleanliness etc • Inform the customer about vehicle readiness along with pre-invoice and payment options. • Explain customers about Job done and Invoice details, handover replaced parts to customer before delivery of the vehicle. • If need, conduct joint road-test along with customer & Final Inspector before delivery • Ensure suitable PSF time & Instant feedback collection before customer made payment. • Actively promote the Mopar Allied Business and Service Items to all customers. • Ensure 100% Same Day Delivery for PMS vehicles with on time as per commitment
