About this Role

We are looking for a skilled Server & IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage servers, applications, and company IT systems. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Linux servers, hosting environments, and web application deployment (WordPress, Next.js, PHP, Python, .NET, etc.). They should also be capable of resolving server and IT-related issues, while providing in-house IT support to employees for smooth operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers for WordPress, Next.js, PHP, Python, .NET, and other applications.
• Handle domain management, DNS, SSL, hosting setup, and migrations.
• Diagnose and resolve all server-side issues and errors.
• Recommend and implement the best server solutions for company needs.
• Configure and optimize production, staging, and development environments.
• Set up, manage, and troubleshoot mail servers (emails, deliverability, security, configuration).
• Manage data backups, restores, and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure server security, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Provide IT support to employees (hardware/software fixes, installations, troubleshooting PCs/laptops).
• Suggest repairs or upgrades for company IT equipment.
• Work with developers for smooth deployment and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications
