Job Summary:

At Gold Coins Club & Resort, the Waiter is responsible for providing efficient and courteous food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, present menus, and assist in choosing orders.
• Take accurate food & beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Set up tables, linen, cutlery, and glassware before service.
• Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset after each use.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to all guests.
• Handle guest requests and escalate complaints to the captain/manager if needed.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.

Requirements:

• 10th/12th Pass (basic education qualification is enough).
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills and a polite, service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Team player with a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
