As an SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns, and overseeing our Instagram account to drive engagement and growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure all digital efforts align with our business goals.
Your salary increase will be directly related to results produced, if you're able to run successfull campaigns, you can have 50% growth in 6-7 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy Development:
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for search engines.
- Monitor and report on website performance and SEO metrics.
- Paid Advertising Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media).
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute strategies for Instagram, including content planning, scheduling, and engagement.
- Create visually appealing and engaging posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Analyze Instagram performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration:
- Work with content creators and designers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall brand objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SEO, PPC advertising, and social media management.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and social media analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
