About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and strategic SEO Team Lead (ORM Specialist) to manage and grow our SEO/ORM efforts. The candidate will lead a team focused on improving and protecting client reputation online by ensuring positive visibility, optimizing search results, and managing brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of SEO executives dedicated to ORM campaigns.
• Develop SEO & ORM strategies to suppress negative results and promote positive/neutral content.
• Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and search engine rankings across platforms.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance brand visibility.
• Oversee creation and optimization of content (blogs, PR articles, profiles, social posts) to build strong online presence.
• Collaborate with content writers, and designers to implement ORM-driven SEO strategies.
• Track and analyze ORM campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with Google algorithms, SEO/ORM trends, and industry best practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of client projects while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO, with strong exposure to ORM projects.
• Experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong understanding of ORM tools, SEO tools (Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.), and review platforms.
• Knowledge of content strategy, digital PR, and reputation management practices.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
