Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Team Lead with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in managing SEO projects across e-commerce and service-based industries. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in handling clients, managing teams, and executing SEO strategies across platforms like Shopify, WordPress, and custom websites. This is a night shift position, suited for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of SEO executives to deliver high-impact results.
• Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies for both e-commerce and service-based websites.
• Directly interact with international clients to understand goals, share progress reports, and align expectations.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
• Ensure timely delivery of client projects with high quality and performance standards.
• Monitor analytics, rankings, and performance KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to the SEO team.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 4–5 years of SEO experience, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of SEO strategies for both e-commerce (Shopify, WooCommerce) and service-based websites.
• Experience working on platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and custom websites.
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Excellent team management and client communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve technical SEO issues.
• Flexible to work in night shift hours.
