Responsibilities: Develop & Lead SEO Strategies: Design, develop, and implement advanced SEO strategies that align with business goals, ensuring consistent and sustainable growth in website traffic and rankings. Manage SEO Team: Lead a team of SEO Executives, guiding them to successfully execute SEO campaigns, monitoring performance, and offering direction on strategic initiatives. Conduct Keyword & Competitor Research: Oversee and guide the team on comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis, ensuring we identify high-impact keywords to drive targeted traffic. Content Strategy & Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize on-page and off-page content strategies. Ensure collaboration with content, social media, and PPC teams to maximize content performance and traffic generation. Technical SEO Audits: Supervise technical SEO audits to identify issues and collaborate with developers to resolve them, improving site performance and search engine visibility. Guest Posting & Link Building: Oversee guest blogging and link-building strategies, ensuring high quality backlinks are acquired using ethical SEO techniques. Analyze Performance Metrics: Review and report on SEO performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, and engagement, and adjust strategies to optimize results. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the social media, PPC, and development teams to create optimized campaigns and improve overall site performance. Manage Traffic Generation Goals: Take responsibility for driving traffic, with a focus on achieving and maintaining at least 1 Lakh visitors, through SEO best practices. SEO Trends & Best Practices: Keep the team updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure we stay ahead of the competition. Mentoring & Training: Mentor and train SEO team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to succeed in their roles and continuously improve SEO performance. Reporting: Provide comprehensive SEO reports to management, summarizing strategies, results, and recommendations for further optimization.

Requirements and skills: Minimum of 3.5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Proven experience in driving 1 Lakh+ website visitors through organic search strategies. Must have worked in an in-house company Knowledge of HTML/CSS Experience with SEO reporting Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends) Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong in analysis process-oriented Analytical mindset with numerical
