Job Title- SEO Team Lead Location- Noida Immediate Joiner preferred Job description- We are looking for an SEO Team Leader with a minimum of 5 years of successful experience to the SEO department. In this position, he will be required to create and enforce innovative SEO strategies to drive traffic and visibility for measurable results in clients. The individual will be required to supervise, mentor, and encourage a team of SEO professionals while fostering a team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO and analytical skills that will assist optimize campaigns and find avenues for successful long-term improvement. The ideal candidate is expected to think strategically, use SEO tools, and stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving news and social landscape. Duties- Devise, formulate, and implement the SEO plan strategies to enhance rankings. Lead the SEO team with appropriate guidance, training, and performance reviews. Perform keyword research and analysis for content optimization Monitor metrics of website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Work with content developers to optimize web page content toward search engine optimization. Staying up-to-date with new trends and changes in algorithms so as to implement best practices. Utilize Google Tag Manager and other tools for tracking and reporting. Manage SEM campaigns and ensure that they are concurrent with SEO strategies. Supervise them for on-page and off-page optimization, including link building and social media management. Qualifications- Experience in SEO with a strong knowledge of search engine algorithms. Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and other content management systems. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and SEO implications. Highly developed analytical skills to draw conclusions based on data and trends. Strong leadership skills in motivating and guiding a team.
