Role Overview: As a Ticketing Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with booking and managing tickets for flights, You will be the first point of contact for all ticketing-related queries, ensuring clients receive accurate information and enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in making reservations and purchasing tickets Provide accurate information regarding schedules, pricing, and policies Handle customer queries and resolve any ticketing-related issues Maintain records and ensure ticketing processes comply with company standards Deliver exceptional customer service at every step of the journey Ideal Candidate Profile: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail Strong customer service orientation Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
