The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling reservations and sales calls, managing client queries over email and phone, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely responses and professional service. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer and travel agent calls for reservations and queries. Provide prompt, polite, and solution-oriented responses. Write well-structured and clear emails. Ensure timely follow-up on all communication. Maintain office etiquette, punctuality, and grooming standards. Manage IGAT billing and assist with accounting and reporting. Support in achieving revenue targets through tele-sales activities. Skills & Requirements: Graduate with good knowledge of international fare calculations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong email etiquette and call-handling abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and travel systems (GDS experience is a plus). Customer-centric mindset and team player. Willingness to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
