Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Reservation and Ticketing Executive for Jet Travels in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for booking tickets, handling reservations, and providing expert advice on travel-related topics to clients. You will work directly with clients, listen to their travel needs, and provide optimal travel solutions in a timely, responsive, and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and preferably in other languages as well
• Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and any other relevant software
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently under pressure
• Proven attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
