About the role

Were looking for an SEO Specialist who is ready to go beyond traditional search engine optimization. In addition to managing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, youll explore Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to help Blend-ed rank in AI-powered search platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and other emerging AI tools .

Youll work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to optimize our website, create search-friendly content, and stay ahead of the AI revolution in search. This is an on-site role , perfect for someone curious, adaptive, and excited about shaping the future of AI-driven digital discoverability.
What youll be doing

Perform website audits and implement recommendations to improve rankings in traditional and AI-driven search

Conduct keyword research and develop strategies for SEO, GEO, and AEO

Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, and structured data for AI-friendly indexing

Monitor SEO and AI-search metrics and generate actionable insights

Collaborate with content and product teams to ensure content is search-engine and AI-engine friendly

Stay updated with the latest AI search trends, algorithms, and ranking factors

Explore new opportunities to rank Blend-ed on emerging AI platforms

Drive organic traffic growth from both traditional and AI-driven channels

Has strong understanding of SEO fundamentals : on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

Can perform keyword research and identify high-impact opportunities

Is familiar with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) concepts

Is curious about AI-driven search and ready to adapt to evolving platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar AI tools

Can analyze website performance and provide actionable recommendations

Is comfortable using SEO and AI analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and AI ranking tools

Can collaborate with content creators and developers to implement best practices

Has strong English communication skills for content review and creation

Is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about the intersection of SEO and AI
