About the Role

IBR InfoTech is seeking a skilled and strategic SEO Specialist with strong expertise in B2B marketing within the web and software development industry. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and executing SEO strategies that enhance our organic visibility, strengthen brand presence, and generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage effective SEO campaigns tailored to B2B audiences.
• Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and optimize on-page and off-page SEO activities.
• Partner with the content and marketing teams to ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and prepare reports to measure results and identify areas of improvement.
• Keep up with evolving SEO algorithms, digital marketing trends, and industry standards.
• Analyze competitors to uncover new ranking and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with web developers to ensure website structure and content are SEO-friendly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of practical experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B or tech-focused environment.
• Demonstrated success in driving SEO performance for software or web development companies.
• Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, buyer journeys, and conversion funnels.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and similar tools.
• In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, keyword strategy, content optimization, and link-building.
• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or open to relocating to Indore (on-site position).
