About Us:

Arbuda Agrochemicals Ltd is a leading Indian manufacturer of pest control products, including our globally reputed rat glue traps and a wide range of home hygiene solutions. With our growing presence across India and a robust digital infrastructure, we are now seeking an SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our aggressive online marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to promote our product range across India and beyond.
• Optimize our website and digital platforms to increase visibility on Google and other major search engines.
• Identify and implement high-converting keywords and customer psychology-based targeting.
• Increase product visibility on all online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, etc.).
• Improve our Google search ranking and organic traffic through on-page and off-page SEO.
• Coordinate with our in-house design and digital teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals.
• Track, analyze, and report website performance metrics, conversions, and ROI.
• Explore and manage Google Ads, Display Networks, and other paid campaigns to support SEO strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing, especially for product-based companies.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and customer behavior.
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms, product listings, and marketplace optimization.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Excellent communication and strategy-building skills.
• Knowledge of the pest control, FMCG, or agrochemical industry is a strong plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
