SEO SEM Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and data-driven SEO/SEM Specialist to join our team at Luxerra Technophile Pvt. Ltd. You will be responsible for optimizing digital presence and managing search engine marketing campaigns for high-impact projects in healthcare, training, and social outreach sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and ranking
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social media platforms
• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics
• Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content
• Conduct technical audits to ensure website health and compliance with search engine guidelines
• Stay updated on the latest trends and algorithm updates in SEO and SEM

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO and SEM roles
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with PPC campaign creation, optimization, and A/B testing
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
• Knowledge of content optimization, link-building strategies, and CRO
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and teamwork skills
