Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven SEO PPC Specialist to join our digital marketing team at Spyder Unit. You will be responsible for driving organic growth and paid traffic through strategic content, technical SEO, and performance ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.

This is a hybrid role that requires a solid understanding of both search engine algorithms and paid advertising optimization, tailored specifically to the e-commerce and lifestyle product segment.

Key Responsibilities:

 

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Develop and execute a full SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical)
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Optimize product listings, category pages, and blogs for search intent
  • Implement schema markup, improve page load speeds, and optimize Core Web Vitals
  • Work with content and design teams to build SEO-friendly pages
  • Track SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console SEMrush/Ahrefs

PPC (Pay-Per-Click)

  • Create and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Optimize ad copy, creatives, bidding, and targeting for performance
  • Set up retargeting, shopping ads, dynamic product ads, and display campaigns
  • Monitor ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion metrics to scale efficiently
  • Prepare weekly performance reports and suggest data-backed optimizations

Required Skill Set: Core Skills

  • Proven experience in both SEO and paid ad management
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Shopping
  • Hands-on with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Experience with keyword tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.)
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Communication skills to present strategies and results
  • Adaptability to trends, algorithm changes, and ad policies
  • Ability to work closely with content, design, and product teams
