Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute

  off-page SEO strategies

  to increase domain authority (DA/DR)
• Build

  high-quality backlinks

  through guest posts, niche directories, business listings, outreach, PR, etc.
• Write

  engaging, pharma-focused articles

  for backlink placement and link building
• Identify backlink gaps, competitor strategies, and new ranking opportunities
• Manage

  blog content strategy

  aligned with core pharma verticals
• Perform monthly SEO reporting on backlinks, rankings, impressions & domain metrics
• Collaborate with the web team to ensure

  on-page SEO best practices

Requirements

• 0-2 years of hands-on

  Off-Page SEO

  experience
• Proven track record of

  earning backlinks

  (not buying spam links)
• Strong pharma or B2B technical content writing skills
• Knowledge of

  SEO tools

  : Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz / Google Search Console
• Ability to independently drive SEO growth and handle multiple outreach channels
• Excellent communication skills for blogger & media outreach
• Bonus if you have experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare SEO

Compensation

• ₹12,500 per month

  (based on skills & proven results)

• Performance bonuses

  based on backlink targets and ranking improvement

Work Mode

• Full-Time (9:00am - 6:00pm)
