About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to join our on-site team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing SEO strategies across multiple industries, strong analytical skills, and hands-on expertise in driving organic growth. Prior agency experience is a must to handle diverse projects and clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend studies to identify growth opportunities.

• Manage on-page and off-page SEO, including content optimization, link-building strategies, and technical audits.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of SEO experience, including 2+ years in an agency environment.

• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.

• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).

• Proficiency in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
