Role & responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and SEO analysis to identify and target relevant keywords and phrases.
• Plan, develop, and execute On-Page SEO strategies in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Create and manage detailed SEO project roadmaps, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Implement Off-Page SEO tactics to improve website authority, visibility, and SERP rankings.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs to align with target keywords and enhance search engine crawlability.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical SEO issues, working closely with the web development team to implement effective solutions.
• Perform in-depth SEO audits, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to evaluate the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and tools to continuously improve SEO practices.
• Provide accurate and timely performance reports, delivering weekly updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other operational metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of the

  BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)

   sector.
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

   for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven experience as an

  SEO Manager, SEM Manager

  , or in a similar SEO-focused role.
• Proficient in using a range of

  SEO tools

   (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).
• In-depth knowledge of

  standard and current SEO best practices

• Basic to intermediate understanding of

  HTML/CSS

   for on-page optimization.
• Familiarity with

  web analytics tools

   such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and WebTrends.
• Strong

  project management skills

   with the ability to oversee and prioritize multiple SEO initiatives simultaneously.
