JOB OVERVIEW: We are seeking a talented and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for optimizing our website to increase organic search traffic, improve rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs), and drive qualified leads to the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, as well as experience using SEO tools. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Keyword Research: Identify high-impact keywords for content optimization and creation. On-Page Optimization: Enhance meta tags, headers, and content for organic visibility. Technical SEO: Perform audits, resolve technical issues, and ensure site health. Content Strategy: Guide content creators in producing SEO-friendly content. Link Building: Acquire quality backlinks to boost domain authority. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance and provide actionable insights using SEO tools. Stay Updated: Adapt to algorithm updates and SEO trends. Competitor Analysis: Identify growth opportunities from competitor strategies. Local SEO: Improve Google My Business and local search visibility. Collaboration: Work with teams to align SEO with marketing goals. QUALIFICATIONS: * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development practices related to SEO. * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEO reports. * Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
