SEO Expert

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced SEO Expert to lead client SEO strategies, manage teams, and drive measurable results for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple clients
• Conduct website audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis
• Create monthly action plans and oversee execution

Client Management

• Serve as primary SEO contact for assigned clients
• Present performance reports and insights in regular meetings
• Maintain proactive communication via WhatsApp, email, and phone

Team Leadership

• Manage SEO team workflow (content writers, link builders, technical specialists)
• Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure quality delivery
• Train and mentor junior team members

Performance Analysis

• Track and analyze SEO performance using GA4, Search Console, and SERP tools
• Create clear monthly/quarterly reports with actionable insights
• Identify optimization opportunities and ROI metrics

Required Skills

Technical Expertise

• 3+ years proven SEO experience with demonstrable results
• Strong technical SEO knowledge (site speed, mobile, crawlability, schema)
• Expertise in on-page and off-page optimization
• Proficiency in GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog

Leadership & Communication

• Experience managing teams and coordinating multiple projects
• Excellent English communication (Marathi is a plus)
• Strong presentation and client management skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Proactive approach to client communication
• Passion for staying updated with SEO trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kalyan-Dombivli, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• SEO: 2 years (Preferred)
