Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage communication with assigned SEO clients via WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
• Schedule and lead

  client business briefings

  and

  monthly performance review (PRP)

  discussions.
• Prepare and present

  SEO performance reports

  ,

  graphs

  , and

  PRP decks

  using Canva or Google Slides.
• Maintain accurate data for impressions, clicks, leads, and website traffic in reporting tools.
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and measurable outcomes.
• Respond promptly in client groups, ensuring timely updates and clarity.
• Draft

  Minutes of Meeting (MOMs)

  and share summaries post every client discussion.
• Escalate unresolved client concerns to the

  Chief Client Officer (CCO)

  or respective department heads.
• Collect and act upon client feedback to improve service quality and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to

  upsell or cross-sell

  additional digital marketing services.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all client communications and reports.
  

Who you are:

• A confident communicator with a solid grasp of SEO concepts, metrics, and reporting.
• Someone who can translate SEO jargon into simple, meaningful insights for clients.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — never misses a follow-up.
• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and balancing priorities.
• Good with tools like

  Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, PPT and Google Sheets.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in SEO or client account management.
• Excellent English communication (verbal + written).
• Hands-on with MS Excel/Google Sheets and SEO reporting tools.
