Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and conversions. Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Conduct SEO analysis, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization to improve organic search rankings. Manage and optimize LinkedIn marketing campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and B2B engagement. Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads dashboards. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives and landing pages. Execute email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising opportunities. Required Skills & Expertise: SEO Tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar Paid Ads Management: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads Social Media Strategy: Content planning, engagement growth, and campaign optimization Content & Copywriting: Strong skills in ad copy, landing page optimization, and keyword strategy Basic WordPress knowledge for blog posting and SEO updates
