Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative SEO Content Writer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality, and original content that is strategically optimized for search engines to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings, all while maintaining our distinct brand voice.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce a variety of creative and well-researched content, including (but not limited to) blog posts, articles, website copy, landing pages, product descriptions, email newsletters, and social media captions.
• SEO Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value search terms and integrate them naturally into content for maximum SEO performance.
• On-Page SEO: Craft compelling Title Tags and Meta Descriptions to improve click-through rates (CTR) on Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs). Ensure optimal use of headings (H1, H2, H3), internal/external linking, and image alt text.
• Creative Storytelling: Develop unique, original, and engaging narratives that resonate with the target audience and align with the company's brand voice and marketing goals.
• Editing & Proofreading: Rigorously edit and proofread all content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to company style guidelines before publication.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO specialist, marketing team, and designers to ensure content strategy aligns with overall business objectives.
• Content Strategy Support: Assist in developing and maintaining the editorial content calendar and identifying new content opportunities based on industry trends and competitor analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing published work.
• SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic SEO principles and on-page optimization techniques. Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Writing Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong command of grammar and an ability to adapt writing style/tone for different platforms and audiences.
• Creativity: Proven ability to generate creative content ideas and transform complex information into easy-to-understand, engaging content.
• Technical Familiarity: Basic experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines as an immediate joiner.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
