Job Description

We are seeking a passionate result driven SEO & SMM Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience to manage and optimize our online presence. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of search engine optimization, social media strategy, content planning, analytics, and digital marketing trends. This role aims to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation through organic and paid channels.

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for SEO best practices.
  • Perform on-page SEO tasks: meta tags, internal linking, URL optimization, schema markup, etc.
  • Execute off-page SEO activities: link building, outreach, directory submissions, guest posting.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers for fixes.
  • Track rankings, traffic trends, and SEO KPIs for reporting.

Social Media Marketing (SMM)

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
  • Manage social media calendars and engage with community interactions.
  • Run paid social media campaigns and monitor performance.
  • Analyze insights, track KPIs, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to create impactful creatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in SEO and Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, , Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Ability to create content ideas and strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Good communication, analytical thinking, and time-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹291,199.79 - ₹450,000.00 per year
