About the Role:

SEO + SEM Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage SEO & SEM strategies to increase website visibility and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Create and implement link-building strategies.
• Develop SEO-friendly content recommendations for websites and blogs.
• Optimize landing pages for maximum ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO/SEM trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to the team/clients.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an

  SEO Specialist, SEM Manager, or Digital Marketing Executive

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and SEO tools

  (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with

  on-page & off-page SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization

  .
• Good understanding of

  Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools

  .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with

  social media ads (Facebook, LinkedIn)

  .
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress/Shopify CMS.
• Google Ads & Analytics certifications.
