SEO and Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re on the lookout for a skilled SEO and Performance Marketing Specialist to help scale Zinvos — our smart, paperless conference technology platform. This freelance role is ideal for an experienced digital marketer who thrives on both organic growth and paid performance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Growth Marketing

Perform in-depth keyword research, technical SEO audits, and competitor benchmarking.

Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and traffic.

• Content Marketing

Strategically plan and distribute content that enhances topical authority and aligns with Google’s E-E-A-T guidelines. Create content that adds real value to user experience and supports both traffic and conversion goals.

• Paid Campaigns

Launch and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to maximize performance (CTR, CPA).

Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking and attribution.

• CRO & Funnel Optimization

Analyze user behavior and conversion data using GA4, Search Console, and other analytics tools.

Continuously improve landing pages and user journeys to boost engagement and conversions.

• Requirements

1. 3–5+ years of experience in SEO and performance marketing.
2. Proven results with B2B or SaaS marketing (preferred).
