Zinvos – our smart event and conference management platform – is expanding, and we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our core team!
If you're someone who thrives on building connections, managing projects end-to-end, and enjoys the thrill of converting leads into loyal clients — this role is for you.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Identifying and reaching out to potential clients (conference organizers, institutions)
• Cold calling, emailing, and following up with leads
• Managing communication and relationships with clients
• Overseeing the entire project cycle from pitch to execution
• Traveling to client locations/events for on-ground coordination
• Collaborating with the internal product and tech teams to ensure smooth delivery

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-starter with a passion for tech and events
• Willingness to travel and adapt to on-site work
• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or project coordination is a plus
