𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: R&I Park, IIT Delhi | Full-time
RotoAI is a deep-tech startup based at R&I Park, IIT Delhi, focusing on AI-driven condition monitoring and digital twin technologies for industrial and defence applications.
We’re seeking a hands-on sensor Developer (E&I – Hardware) who can design, prototype, and integrate smart sensor hardware with embedded systems for industrial condition monitoring.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Design and develop sensor interfacing circuits (accelerometers, pressure sensors, strain gauges).
Implement embedded firmware on ESP32 / STM32 / Raspberry Pi for multi-sensor DAQ.
Work with I2C, SPI, UART, RS-485, LoRa, MQTT for communication and data streaming.
Support PCB design, calibration, and field testing of hardware modules.
Collaborate with AI/ML and software teams for real-time data analytics integration.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in E&I, ECE, Electrical, Mechatronics or relevant field.
1–4 years of hands-on experience in sensor development, hardware or embedded systems.
Strong skills in embedded C/C++, PCB design (KiCAD/EasyEDA), and sensor integration.
Familiarity with signal conditioning and industrial DAQ systems preferred.
