Job Description

As a Solution Engineer at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in the sales cycle by providing thought leadership and creating solutions to enhance the customer experience. Collaborating with colleagues, supporting the sales team, and translating business objectives into compelling recommendations are key aspects of this role. Your technical and sales skills will be instrumental in presenting product offerings, addressing objections, and instilling confidence in our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical and sales skills that establish credibility, confidence, and assurance with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and partners. You will work closely with the sales organization to develop innovative visions through Salesforce technology solutions, address technical objections in complex sales campaigns, and drive enablement initiatives. Responsibilities: - Own the technical sales cycle for the Automotive Industry, ensuring customer success from start to close. - Demonstrate Salesforce automotive solutions in alignment with customer challenges during sales engagements. - Deliver differentiated Salesforce solutions tailored for Automotive OEMs and Retailer sales engagements. - Contribute to the development of automotive Go-To-Market messaging and assets for sales engagement. - Position Salesforces product as the best solution to address unique customer challenges. - Facilitate communication between the Solutions team, customers" technical team, and Sales Leadership. - Demonstrate a strong curiosity for career growth through internal training programs and mentorship initiatives. Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a pre-sales role selling enterprise solutions. - Demonstrated ability to develop innovative customer solutions. - Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. - Strong time management skills in a fast-paced team environment. - Passionate about technology and sharing knowledge, with a knack for explaining ideas effectively. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with Salesforce Solutions. - Background in design-thinking workshops. - Hands-on experience in building AI solutions and understanding their benefits.,
