SENIOR ENGINEER / JUNIOR ENGINEER

Roles and Responsibilities

Full Handling of Site in all aspects from RCC , Safety , Finishing , Finalization

With Full Knowledge of Civil Engineering , Construction , Building , Site Experience , Safety , Architect Drawings , Steel Calculation , Load Calculation , Detail Drawing Reading , MEP drawing and execution , and Up to all Finalization and Finishing .
Coordination with all Architects for GFC Drawings etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate having experience of minimum 5 years on Commercial and Residential Projects.
Candidate located near Vimannagar preferable looking for a long term commitment and drive to finish work within given timeline.

1. Site handling in coordination with Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings

2. Coordinate with Architects and Contactors

3. Preparing Steel Calculation and Reducing in Waste

4. Handle queries related to Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings

5. Execution of project from start to finalization

6. Take decision as per requirement at site in consultation

7. Conduct meetings on-site with Construction crew

8. Supervision and Monitoring of Construction Work

9. Preparing Schedule of Material Used , Required and Available

10. Report to Head Office and coordinate with other Engineers

Required Candidate profile

1. Min 5 Years of High Rise Commercial and Residential Building Projects

2. Candidate Living close to Project or will to shift in close proximity

3. Understanding of Architectural/ Structural and MEP drawings

4. Handle queries related to Architecture drawings and execution

5. Excellent in coordination with the team of Architects & Contractors and Communication Skills in English

6. Candidate should be well versed in Microsoft Excel and Auto-cad.
