Job Description - Senior Wordpress Developer

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in WordPress development
• Expertise in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
• Proven experience in plugin development, and API integrations
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress theme customization, child themes, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and clean, maintainable coding practices
• Ability to write well-structured, documented, and reusable code
• Knowledge of website speed optimization, security best practices, and error debugging
• Experience working with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery) is a plus
• Basic understanding of server environments, cPanel, DNS, and site migrations

Communication & Collaboration Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – able to explain technical issues.
• Experience in client communication for requirement gathering, feedback, and support
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and non-technical teams
• Strong documentation skills – writing clear code comments, guides, and project notes
• Comfortable participating in stand-up meetings, code reviews, and team discussions
• Proactive in providing status updates, asking clarifying questions, and flagging issues early
• Strong time management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
