Job description
We are seeking a driven and experienced International Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating fresh sales leads by cold calling, attending events, conferences, and trade fairs abroad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B & B2C sales and be comfortable with engaging with potential clients in person and over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls and engage with potential clients to generate new sales leads
Attend events, conferences, and trade fairs abroad to promote the company's IT servicesCreate and maintain a database of potential clients and follow up with them regularlyBuild and maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent customer serviceStay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to offer relevant IT solutions to clientsAchieve sales targets and report on sales activities and progressCollaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new clientsParticipate in sales meetings and provide feedback to improve the sales process
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B & B2c sales, preferably in the IT Services industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to travel abroad for events, conferences, and trade fairsStrong negotiation and closing skillsGoal-oriented and results-drivenProficient in CRM software'sFluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
