We are looking for a passionate Senior Web Developer to join our team and lead projects with strong technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications and websites.
• Lead web development projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to build scalable solutions.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications for performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Coordinate with management on technology-related strategies.
• Involvement in technology planning and execution (experience in CTO-level responsibilities will be a strong advantage).

Required Skills & Expertise

• Core Development Skills:
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
• Expertise in PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter or other PHP frameworks.
• Experience with ReactJS / AngularJS / Vue.js (front-end frameworks).
• Strong knowledge of MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.
• Additional Technical Skills:
• Experience in RESTful APIs & third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento).
• Knowledge of cloud hosting & deployment (AWS, Digital Ocean, etc.).
• Version control systems (Git / GitHub / Bitbucket).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Leadership & Strategic Skills:
• Ability to lead projects independently.
• Exposure to technology planning and management.
• Previous Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or leadership experience will be a strong plus.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Candidates with CTO or leadership exposure will be preferred.
• Only candidates from Howrah and Hooghly locations will be considered.

Salary

• Salary is based on experience and last drawn salary.
