Hooqx is a growing company committed to delivering innovative digital solutions. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Web Developer to lead our development team, manage junior developers, and contribute to building robust and scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of junior web developers, ensuring code quality and project deadlines are met.
• Develop, test, and deploy responsive and high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Maintain and improve existing websites and applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement best practices in web development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Senior Web Developer or similar role.
• Proven experience in leading/managing a team of junior developers.
• Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js preferred).
• Solid understanding of back-end technologies such as PHP, Node.js, or Python (Django/Flask).
• Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Git version control, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
