Job Description

Senior Visual Designer (foreign Educated preferred)

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the
end-to-end design process
for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
Develop and maintain a
consistent brand identity
across all consumer touchpoints.
Lead the design of
social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits
.
Work with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with
compelling visuals
.
Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
Mentor junior designers and freelancers; provide creative direction and feedback.
Stay on top of
design, beauty, and D2C trends
to keep the brand fresh and competitive.

What We’re Looking For4–6 years of experience as a
Graphic Designer
, with at least 2 years in a
senior or lead role
.
Strong portfolio showcasing
branding, packaging, and digital campaign design
.
Expertise in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
; bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
Experience designing for
D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
.
Ability to balance
creativity with commercial goals
(conversion, engagement, retention).
Strong eye for
typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling
.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to HaveMotion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
Photography or art direction background.
Experience working in fast-paced
startup/D2C environments
.
