Senior Videographer & Editor

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Videographer to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality video content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, sound, and post-production workflows, as well as a strong creative vision to tell compelling visual stories that align with our brand’s identity and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Production:
• Collaborate with creative teams, producers, and stakeholders to conceptualize video projects.
• Develop scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
• Scout locations and coordinate production logistics.
• Production:
• Operate professional-grade video, audio, and lighting equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Direct on-set talent and crew to ensure a smooth and efficient shoot.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Post-Production:
• Edit footage, apply color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and effects as needed.
• Maintain consistency in style and tone in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Archive and manage media assets for future use.
• Leadership & Mentorship:
• Guide and mentor junior videographers and freelancers.
• Provide creative direction and technical input to elevate the team’s output.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging video technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4+ years of professional experience in video production, with a portfolio demonstrating advanced storytelling and technical ability.
• Expertise in camera systems (e.g., RED, Blackmagic, Sony, Canon), lighting setups, and audio recording.
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
