Responsibilities:

• Lead the editing of long-form and short-form videos for podcasts, brand campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
• Enhance video quality through music, voiceovers, sound design, color grading, transitions, and visual effects.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute video content aligned with campaign goals.
• Maintain brand consistency while exploring fresh, innovative editing styles to stay ahead of trends.
• Guide and mentor junior editors, ensuring quality control and efficient workflow.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
• Stay updated on the latest editing trends, tools, and platform-specific formats (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of professional experience

  in video editing for brands, agencies, or content creators.
• Advanced proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro

  , and other editing software.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and digital-first content formats.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a wide range of editing styles and projects.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from ideation to delivery.
• Basic motion graphics and audio editing skills (advanced knowledge is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
