Senior Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Edit, refine, and deliver

  short-form videos

  optimized for multiple social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and designers to bring concepts to life.
• Stay updated on

  social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience preferences

  to keep content relevant and engaging.
• Ensure all edits maintain

  brand identity, style, and messaging consistency

  .
• Manage and oversee the

  end-to-end post-production process

  (footage selection, sound design, color grading, motion graphics, captions, etc.).
• Mentor junior editors and provide creative feedback to elevate the quality of outputs.
• Work with

  tight deadlines

  while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a

  Senior or Lead Video Editor

  , with a portfolio of

  short-form social media content

  .
• Strong command of

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro

  , or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of

  motion graphics, text animation, and transitions

  tailored for social-first content.
• Deep understanding of

  storytelling for short attention spans

  .
• Ability to adapt content for various platforms and formats (

  vertical, square, 16:9

  ).
• Strong sense of

  pacing, music selection, and sound design

  .
• Excellent

  communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a

  fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with
