I am looking for a great editor to join me on my mission and be with me for a long time. Job Overview: As a Senior Video Editor, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, high-quality video content that aligns with our clients’ vision and objectives. You will lead the post-production process, collaborate with other team members, and ensure all projects meet professional standards and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok videos, etc.) Enhance video content with color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and other post-production techniques Collaborate with creative teams to understand project requirements and ensure the final product meets the brief Provide creative input and direction during pre-production and post-production phases Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques Mentor junior editors and offer feedback to improve the quality of work Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior Video Editor or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in short-form video content Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and other relevant editing software Strong understanding of color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics Excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to take creative direction and provide innovative solutions Nice to Have: Experience working with brands on social media content Basic knowledge of scriptwriting and storyboarding is a plus Familiarity with SEO and video optimization for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok Why Join Us?
