About the Role:

Video Editor

Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality videos for content creation, social media, and academy branding
• Teach video editing tools such as

  Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Filmora

  , etc. (based on student's level)
• Guide and mentor students with hands-on, practical training
• Create course materials and practice files
• Stay updated with industry trends, platforms, and formats (e.g. Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Instagram)
• Collaborate with the team to improve training quality and content creation
• Assist in shooting content when needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video editor and content creator
• Strong command over editing software (Premiere Pro/CapCut/Filmora or similar)
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently to beginners
• Passion for teaching and skill development
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Creative mindset and storytelling skills

Good to Have:

• Prior experience as a trainer/instructor
• Knowledge of basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop)
• Understanding of social media trends and platform optimization
