We’re on the hunt for a Senior Video Editor who lives and breathes fast-paced content. At our creative marketing agency, we collaborate with dynamic brands in skincare, beauty, fashion, F&B, wellness, and more. Your primary focus will be on crafting short-form content (Reels, Shorts), with occasional long-form projects (YouTube videos, branded content). If you’re someone who doesn’t wait for instructions, thrives in a creative environment, and can deliver with speed and style — we’d love to meet you. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Edit high-impact short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more. • Occasionally handle long-form edits such as YouTube videos, brand interviews, or behind-the-scenes content. • Translate briefs into visually engaging stories while maintaining brand consistency. • Collaborate closely with our creative team (strategists, directors, designers) to conceptualize content. • Add stylish motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and captions that resonate with the audience. • Maintain an organized workflow, deliver edits quickly without compromising quality. • Proactively pitch creative ideas and storytelling formats for diverse client campaigns. • Stay updated with content trends, platform algorithms, and editing styles across industries. ⸻ What We’re Looking For • Minimum 2 years of professional editing experience (agency or content studio preferred). • Strong portfolio with short-form content as the highlight. • Hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro. • Must have own editing setup/system capable of handling high-resolution video projects. • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics. • Ability to self-manage, take ownership of deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Bonus: Understanding of content needs across D2C brands, lifestyle, fashion, and skincare segments. ⸻ What You’ll Love • Opportunity to work with top-tier brands across industries. • A vibrant and collaborative agency culture. • Creative freedom to push the envelope. • A team that values speed, initiative, and originality.
