The Senior Vice President Solutioning and Transitions is a key leadership role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, with the overall responsibility of driving consultative solution design, managing client project transitions, and delivering measurable business value across the enterprise. Your primary focus will be on overseeing and developing the solutioning and transition teams, working closely with business development, client partners, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and capabilities. In terms of solutioning leadership, you will be expected to lead the cross-capability solution design for both new and existing clients within the property/casualty insurance sector. This will involve developing and implementing a standardized solutioning framework to support the sales cycle, leading client presentations in collaboration with various teams, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure competitive pricing and profitability. Transition management will also be a crucial aspect of your role, where you will oversee the smooth transition of client projects from sales to delivery. Building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders, collaborating with corporate functions and delivery teams, and providing operational support for successful project onboarding will be key responsibilities. As a leader, you will be managing a centralized Solutioning Hub team and will be responsible for allocating resources based on various criteria. Ensuring that proposals are innovative, competitive, and brand-consistent, as well as governing adherence to the solutioning methodology, will be essential for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have over 20 years of experience in the insurance sector, with expertise in global solutioning, business development, and large-scale transitions. Professional designations such as CPCU or CIC are preferred, along with a deep understanding of insurance operations and experience in leading complex multi-stakeholder projects. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are also necessary, along with the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
