Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the Enterprise Excellence Lean Re-engineering Team based in Gurgaon, responsible for supporting and driving Global EE Lean programs. Your main areas of focus will include leading large-scale programs, building leadership capability, managing program pipelines, and overseeing a team of CitiLean members. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive programs aligned with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and prioritize key focus areas in partnership with senior leadership based on business priorities - Lead End-to-End cross functional CitiLean programs, partnering with Business and Function Leadership - Conduct Process Discovery Phase to help finalize program approach and critical success factors - Lead large cross-functional project teams to drive program outcomes - Utilize CitiLean Methodology and tools for structured problem solving - Conduct large scale process reviews to identify pain points and root causes - Use CitiLean tools/templates like Process Mapping, Time & Motion Study, DILOs VSM, etc. - Utilize Enterprise Excellence tools such as OPRF, Celonis for program reviews - Develop strategic insights using data for Senior Leadership Reviews - Organize and lead Kaizen workshops, guiding project teams on Root Cause identification and Action Plans - Develop ToBe processes, document policy and procedure gaps, and plan future state implementation - Estimate benefits with Business and Finance, monitor achievement of benefit targets - Develop and deliver program reporting and stakeholder presentations - Conduct CitiLean Leadership Trainings for continuous improvement mindset - Provide training and coaching for CitiLean Associates and Practitioners - Influence re-engineering strategy and execution, improving toolsets - Partner with CitiLean Leadership to expand book of work - Play active role in hiring and retaining key talent - Coach and mentor junior team members for program delivery - Assist in building the leadership pipeline Key Cultural Fit: - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for new technologies - Ability to think innovatively and work well under pressure - Strong collaboration skills and accountability - Capability to drive continuous improvement and work across boundaries Qualifications: - Minimum 8-10+ years work experience, preferably in financial services - 7-10 years Lean or Six-Sigma experience with relevant tools and training delivery - 10+ years strategic consulting experience - Experience with robotics and emerging technologies preferred - Previous involvement in transformation work at an organizational level - Strong data analytics skills and ability to work with large teams - Understanding of value drivers and prioritizing initiatives - Excellent communication, Excel, and PowerPoint skills - Familiarity with Citi's businesses and strategic issues - Undergraduate degree and Lean/Six Sigma certifications - Project management certification Additional Company Details: - Job Family Group: Business Strategy, Management & Administration - Job Family: Business Process Re-Engineering - Time Type: Full time - Required Travel: Yes, 50% of the time (Note: The EEO Policy Statement and Accessibility accommodations were omitted from the final JD) Role Overview: You will be part of the Enterprise Excellence Lean Re-engineering Team based in Gurgaon, responsible for supporting and driving Global EE Lean programs.
