Senior Vice President - Data Architect

to join our team. This role is located in Pune, MH.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Lead the architecture and design of scalable, real-time event processing systems for payment applications processing millions of events.Develop and implement data strategies that leverage AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, to enhance data insights and operational efficiency.Drive cloud adoption and optimization across data platforms, ensuring robust integration with Databricks, Snowflake, and other enterprise tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business goals and regulatory requirements.Mentor and lead a team of data architects and engineers, fostering innovation and best practices.Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are embedded in all architectural solutions.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in data architecture within financial services, with a focus on payments.Proven expertise in real-time event processing systems at scale (millions of events).Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including practical exposure to large language models (LLMs).Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise data tools such as Databricks and Snowflake.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Good knowledge of Python and Java and Middleware tools like MQ and KafkaAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
