Job Title: VP/SVP - Business Development Location: Mumbai; Should be ready to travel within India Experience Required: 15+ years in selling Risk Management products/solutions to Banks, Mutual Funds, NBFC’s Corporates etc. Academic Qualification: CA/MBA Principal Responsibilities: • New Business acquisition through direct and digital sales • Client Management • Sales team handling • Planning sales event and outreach programs • Achieving overall sales target • Scope and analyse current product and suggest improvement/addition as per markets dynamics Job Skills Required: • Excellent understanding of the BFSI/MF/Fixed Income and Research products • Demonstrated ability to sell Risk Management Products to Banks and NBFCs • Excellent client and relationship management skills especially at senior level in Banks and NBFCs • Should have prior rich experience in selling to AMC’s, Banks, Corporate, Insurance PMS, AIF etc. • Solution selling skills/expertise • Ability to write and review Proposals for participating in RFPs/RFQs etc • Excellent negotiation skills • Good understanding of the current prevailing technologies used in Risk Management Products and exposure to AI/ML tools Other skill Requirements: • Ability to lead a team of motivated professionals • Strong ideation and analytical skills • Ability to communicate with clarity (spoken and written) • Ability to work independently and in teams • Ability to work under pressure on various tasks at a time Show more Show less
