Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist, located in Gurugram. The Receptionist will be responsible for daily front desk activities including answering phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, managing appointments, and general clerical duties. The role also involves maintaining excellent communication and ensuring a high standard of customer service to all clients.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties.
• Excellent Clerical Skills and general office management abilities.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven Customer Service skills and ability to handle client inquiries efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting is a plus.
