Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who can lead complex product design projects and embrace AI-assisted workflows. You will join a forward-thinking team of designers to create user-centric solutions for complex B2B products and niche B2C applications (e.g. fintech loan platforms, healthcare, ed-tech solutions, etc.)

The ideal candidate for this role should be passionate about design excellence, fluent in modern AI tools, and eager to push the boundaries of digital product design in collaboration with our clients.

Key Responsibilities (Your Role at ProCreator):

End-to-End Design Execution: Execute all stages of the UX/UI design process from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity visual design across complex B2B and specialized B2C applications (web and mobile). Leverage appropriate tools (including AI assistants) to streamline each phase while maintaining top quality.

AI-Assisted Research & Ideation: Use AI tools to enhance UX research and brainstorming. For example, employ conversational AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Google's Gemini, etc.) to summarize user feedback or generate persona insights, and use AI analytics to uncover patterns in user behavior. Incorporate AI-generated findings appropriately into design decisions to ensure data-driven, user-centric outcomes.

Prototyping & AI-Driven Workflows: Develop high-quality prototypes and wireframes efficiently, making use of AI-powered design tools (such as Figma's AI plugins, UX Pilot for rapid wireframes, or visual generators like DALLE/Midjourney for concept art).

Visual Design & Systems: Craft intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UIs that translate complex user journeys into clear, delightful experiences. Establish and maintain scalable design systems for large applications, ensuring consistency in UI components across web and mobile. (Bonus: apply AI image-generation tools for creating mood boards, icons, or illustrations to speed up visual exploration.)

Heuristic Audits & QA: Conduct UX audits on existing products, using AI where feasible to identify usability issues. Ensure final designs meet our high standards and are accessible, functional, and aligned with best practices, with AI-assisted checks for quality metrics.

Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior designers and champion a culture of innovation. Lead by example in adopting new design technologies share AI tool best practices with the team and encourage continuous learning. Communicate effectively with clients and developers, articulating design decisions in a clear, confident manner.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• UX Design Mastery: 5+ years of experience in end-to-end UX/UI design for complex digital products. Proven ability to solve intricate UX problems through research, persona creation, user flows, wireframing, visual design and prototyping of multi-step workflows.

• Domain Experience: Strong portfolio demonstrating work on complex B2B or niche B2C products (enterprise software, SaaS, or specialized consumer apps). Experience in industries like fintech, healthcare, ed-tech, or other data-intensive domains is highly valued. We prefer candidates who have designed data-heavy interfaces or dashboards and tackled role-based user scenarios.

• Visual & Interaction Design: Expertise in modern UI design principles, with an eye for clean, functional aesthetics. Ability to translate complex user journeys into intuitive interfaces that balance form and function. Experience designing for both web and mobile (responsive design, native app guidelines for iOS/Android) with a keen attention to interactive details and usability.

• Design Systems & Tools: Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems for scalable applications. Proficiency in Figma is essential (auto-layout, components, libraries) for collaborative design. Familiarity with prototyping and version control for design in Figma.

• AI-driven design platforms

• Analytical & Data-Driven: Ability to interpret data and user analytics, and incorporate insights into the design. Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a habit of validating design decisions against research findings or usability data; where available/applicable.

• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to articulate design decisions and rationale to both internal teams and clients. Strong collaborator in cross-functional teams you can work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, translating technical constraints as well as AI outputs; where applicable/relevant into user-friendly designs.

• Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to lead projects and guide other designers. You foster a collaborative, innovative environment and are enthusiastic about sharing knowledge (whether it's a new UX/UI method or a cool AI tool). Prior experience managing or mentoring junior designers is a plus, as this role may involve design leadership responsibilities.

Motion/Interaction Design: Experience creating micro-interactions or motion graphics (After Effects, Lottie, ProtoPie etc.) to communicate design ideas is a plusBenefits
