Role Overview: As a Senior UI/UX Designer at StarRez, you will play a crucial role in creating and delivering exceptional user experiences by incorporating real user feedback into design refinements. Your responsibilities will include supporting the end-to-end delivery of product design workstreams, collaborating closely with development and product management teams, and serving as a bridge to the wider Design Team. You will also lead and manage specific projects to contribute incremental value towards the goals of the Product, Design, and Technology departments, ensuring that the products not only meet but exceed user expectations, thereby setting new industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with cross-functional product teams to effectively deliver design solutions - Generate innovative UX and UI solutions that inspire both internal teams and customers - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups - Iterate, test, and refine solutions to address user problems effectively - Establish and manage a comprehensive design system to maintain consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all digital products and platforms - Prioritize accessibility in designs to ensure compliance with guidelines and user-friendly experiences for all - Encourage a collaborative attitude within the team Qualifications Required: - Degree in design or equivalent practical experience - 5+ years of design experience - Portfolio and case studies showcasing excellence in SaaS product design - Strong grasp of design principles such as usability, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and accessibility - Experience working in agile cross-functional product teams - Proficiency in design and collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, and prototyping tools - Ability to define problems clearly and justify design decisions with data and research insights - Effective communication skills to articulate thoughts and ideas to team members - Comfortable working at all design levels, from concept to final details - Proactive, approachable, adaptable, and collaborative mindset to develop effective design solutions Additional Company Details: StarRez prides itself on being a workplace where you can belong, build, and grow.
